 Procedure for Ordering Parts

 You will be emailing us for a pricing quote, please provide this information;

• Must provide NAME, FULL SHIPPING ADDRESS, and PHONE NUMBER
• Please provide Model Number and Serial Number (if available) of your Vornado fan
• List requested parts, quantity and adjacent prices from the Available Parts page
• Provide payment method, how are you going to pay? PayPal (fastest turn-around + PayPal fee)  or Mail in a Check (5-7 days from time of order, please make Check Payable to Richard Raclawski)
• Please email order request and wait for price quote. (We will return order request within 24 hours or sooner)
• When we receive your confirmation, we will send you a PayPal request.
• Once we receive payment will will ship out parts and email you a tracking number.
